Lovely Room Available in Dee Why – Great Location & Ocean Glimpse

Hi there! I'm offering a beautiful bedroom in a well-equipped apartment in Dee Why. It's on the ground floor, but still enjoys a nice view over the neighborhood – with even a glimpse of the ocean!

The apartment includes all the modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher and integrated laundry. The room can be rented furnished with a double bed and mattress (as shown in the photo), or you’re welcome to bring your own.

The room features a mirrored built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, and offers great privacy as no one can see in through the window.

We're about a 15-minute walk to the B1 bus stop, with closer local bus stops nearby. Both Woolworths and Coles are also around a 15-minute walk away. There is street parking and a garage. Happy to give you the garage as I typically park on the street.

I'm looking for someone easygoing, who enjoys sharing the occasional meal but also respects personal space. Ideally, you're reasonably tidy, but no need to be overly particular – just someone who can live and let live.
