Looking for a relaxed housemate to join our home in the heart of Dee Why on the Northern Beaches.
We have a private room available in this 3-bedroom house on a quiet residential street. The house features generous living spaces, a functional kitchen, and a decent backyard — perfect for BBQs or just unwinding after a day at the beach.

Only a 15 minute walk to Dee Why Beach, ocean pool, and the beautiful Dee Why Lagoon.
Easy 5 minute walk to Dee Why town centre — Woolworths, cafes, restaurants, and all daily shops
Super close to bus stops — including the B-Line for fast, frequent trips straight into the Sydney CBD
Quick access to Warringah Mall, parks, and great local gyms.

We’re after a clean, considerate, and easy-going housemate (working professional or mature student preferred). The house is laid-back, with a mix of privacy and shared living. No party house — we respect each other’s space and routines.

Rent is $350 a week (excluding bills).
Bond is two weeks rent ($700).
