Hey! We’ve got a room available in our spacious and light-filled apartment in Double Bay, and we’re looking for lovely people to join our home.

• $530/week (bills included)

• Bond: $1000

• Long-term preferred

• Ceiling fans + double-glazed windows (quiet and warm in winter)

• Lots of natural light and shared spaces living room, dining area, and a sunny sunroom that’s perfect for relaxing or working

The location:

• 5-minute walk to Edgecliff train station

• Close to Coles, Aldi, Woolies, and all the great cafés in Double Bay

• 5 minutes to the beach, ferry, parks, and waterfront

• Peaceful shared garden area with a BBQ, great for weekend hangs
The apartment is calm, well-equipped, and in a super convenient spot. We’ve got all the appliances you need (including dishwasher and washing machine), and plenty of storage so everyone has their own space. It’s ideal for someone who wants a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to.
