Ensuite room located in a big 3 bedroom apartment in Double Bay available from 4th August (can accommodate earlier if needed), rent $480 per week, not including bills, although they are generally quite low

Option for a parking permit is available too if needed

The space is a 1st floor apartment with a nice courtyard area, and you’ll be sharing with myself and one other. The place is a nice mix between social but respectful of personal space. Not a party house as we work full time but still fairly sociable

Room will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat will be fully furnished

Modern apartment, shared spaces (lounge room, kitchen, dining room, courtyard) are very nice and fairly large, and you will have an ensuite bathroom all to yourself

About the location:
- 5 min walk to Edgecliff station and Coles
- 5-10 min walk to double bay Woolworths
- 5-10 min walk to the ferry and wharf
- double bay shopping area/main town is a 3 minute walk away
- Bus stop for 324/325 right outside the apartment
- 10-15 min walk to Redleaf Beach
- plenty of great restaurants, gyms, cafes and shops within walking distance

Rent:
- paid fortnightly
- bond is four weeks rent
- bills are split evenly between three
