Bright apartment on Guilfoyle Ave overlooking quiet, leafy Guilfoyle Park. Internal laundry, washer and dryer in apartment and an outside clothes line. Paid street parking, with free scooter parking on the next street.
Great location, only 100m walk to Baker Bleu, Margaret, Tanuki, the Royal Oak and Mecca. Woolworths and Double Bay Library are a short walk away, along with lots of shops in the village. 6 mins walk to Double Bay Wharf for the ferry to the city, or 700m to Edgecliff Station.
Short walk to Double Bay Beach and Redleaf Pool. Plenty of gyms and pilates nearby, including Vaura Pilates, Double Bay Pilates, Hot Dog Yoga, Shelter and Yard. Thursday markets in Guilfoyle Park.

Mateo is Australian-Colombian, was born in France and speaks three languages. I grew up in regional Coffs Harbour. We both work for the same company and also run our own separate businesses, so we split our time between the city and our home office, and we travel a lot for work, both around Australia and overseas.
We’re both into health and wellness, so you’ll often find us at the beach, the gym or at a wellness club.
The room is available for the remaining six months of our lease, with the possibility of staying on longer depending on our work.
We keep the place clean and tidy and like to clean up as we go, so someone who does the same will fit right in. We’re social people, but we catch up with friends at the beach, the pub, or with a picnic in Guilfoyle Park right out the front. The home stays calm and relaxed, and it’s definitely not a party house.
We can offer reduced rent for someone who is only here part-time.
