Hello!

We are seeking single occupancy house mate to share with 1 male (property agent) and 1 female (works in finance). We are professionals, independent, chilled and easy going :)

We live an average regular working lifestyle 9am-6pm weekdays. On weekends we are often out with friends. Most days we are fairly quiet in the house but we do enjoy having friends over for dinner and drinks every now and then.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, neat/tidy. You should be willing to contribute to household chores, be respectful and considerate of mutual living spaces. We love to get together for housemates dinner every now and then but no obligations. We are all very independent.

The apartment is in a great location. Positioned on a quiet street which is a 2 min walk to shops and restaurants on New South Head Rd, Edgecliff shopping center, Edgecliff train station and bus station. 10 min walk to Redleaf beach and Ferry terminal.

This spacious apartment features a kitchen, kitchen bar, spacious living area dining area with air conditioner and gas heater, spacious front yard, laundry room, and a shared bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished including couch, TV, coffee table, dining table, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The room is $430 furnished or unfurnished with size 3 sqm and fits a double size bed. Quiet room, plenty of sunlight with a view of green garden. You will need to be able to pay bond ($1720) plus 2 weeks rent when you move in. Rent is paid fortnightly in advance (every Friday). You must be able to pay bills on time.

We have no particular house rules aside from basic ones - all bills must be paid on time with no exceptions, housemate must be respectful and keep mindful of everyone else's space. Lastly, we love a neat, clean and tidy house, especially in common areas.

PS: We are currently only looking for 2 month or 6 months term to start with. Short term accepted.
