We live in a spacious and clean two-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a huge garden, complete with a comfy lounge area and outdoor dining table.
The location is incredibly convenient: just a 2-minute walk to Coles, restaurants, cafes, and the beautiful coastal walk. Bondi Beach is only 40 minutes away on foot or an 8-minute drive.

House Rules
• We keep the house spotless and expect the same from our housemate
• No parties or loud gatherings
• Must love animals
• Must work full time outside the home (no remote or work-from-home arrangements)
• Respectful, clean, and reliable

*We will remove all the stuff from the bedroom, leave the wardrobe, and add a brand new double bed base and mattress.
