15/20min walk down to Bondi Beach or there is a bus right outside the door that will get you down there in 5mins. The bus also brings you to Bondi Junction. Dudley Page Reserve sunset spot with a view overlooking the whole city is a 2min walk up the road.
Nice quiet area but also very close to Bondi.
