The apartment which is large and spacious with no bedrooms rooms sharing a common wall making each room very private.

The modern bathroom is shared with one other person (female)

It has a large loungeroom, balcony, kitchen + laundry with all amenities (dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer etc).

There is a BBQ on the balcony for those who love to cook out side and catch a sunrise / sunset.

The apartment is 5 mins walk to city buses that run every few mins and 10 mins walk to Drummoyne Wharf with ferries to Barangaroo and Circular Quay every 15 mins.

The amazing track around Drummoyne Bay is right on our door step and the Bay Run is only 5 mins drive.

Shops, restaurants, gyms and pubs are very close within walking distance.

It has a water front communal area (as pictured) with jetty / pontoon, BBQ, outdoor dining facilities and sunbeds for those tanning months.
