We are seeking an easy going, respectful and friendly house mate to share a fantastic top floor absolute water front apartment with amazing views in Drummoyne.

The apartment which was freshly renovated only 12 months ago is large and spacious with no bedrooms rooms sharing a common wall making each room very private.

The modern bathroom is shared with one other person.

We have a large loungeroom, balcony, kitchen + laundry with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc).

There is a BBQ on the balcony for those who love to cook out side and catch a sunrise / sunset.

Our apartment is 5 mins walk to city buses that run every few mins and 10 mins walk to Drummoyne Wharf with ferries to Barangaroo and Circular Quay every 15 mins.

It's a short 5 min walk to an amazing track around Drummoyne Bay and the Bay Run is only 5 mins drive.

Shops, restaurants, gyms and pubs are very close within walking distance.

We have a water front communal area (as pictured) with jetty / pontoon, BBQ, outdoor dining facilities and sunbeds for those tanning months.

The room itself has is quite large 3700x2700 with a built in robe with plenty of hanging space. It has plenty of sunlight and breeze through the window at any time of the day with water views.

No smokers only apply as the Complex is non smoking.

This is not a party house although we do like to be social on weekends with a drink and a bbq on the balcony admiring the spectacular waterfront views.
