Spacious Waterfront Apartment in Drummoyne | Available August/September
Looking for a friendly flatmate to join our beautiful three-bedroom apartment right on the harbour in Drummoyne.
You'll have:

The apartment is spacious, peaceful, and perfectly positioned to enjoy Sydney's waterfront lifestyle.
We're looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and enjoys a friendly home environment. If you're a great human who doesn't practice the drums at midnight, we'll probably get along just fine!
Available from August or September for a minimum of 12 months.

We are busy during the week at work - usually leave home by 7am, then after work we go to the gym around 6pm then get hone 7-730pm - we cook dinner, watch tv or listen to music, then relax by reading.
On the weekends, we ocean swim, cycle, visit cafes, enjoy to cook and love going to cultural activities.
You'll be a good fit if you:
Are clean and considerate in shared spaces
Pay rent and bills on time
Enjoy a chat over a coffee or wine occasionally, but also respect each other's privacy
Appreciate a relaxed, drama-free household
Are comfortable living in a home that's welcoming, friendly, and inclusive
Don't host loud parties every weekend (or practice the drums at midnight! 😉)
