Description of the home

The home:
This home has north facing balcony where the sun shines and a private, leafy, peaceful outlook. The complex is low rise and has a resort style pool, security intercom and air-conditioners on both levels of the apartment.

You will have the absolutely ginormous bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is where the spare bedroom (my occasional use bedroom), second bathroom, kitchen, living space and balcony are. This is a loft style apartment with split level living.

About me:
I am planning to continue using the home as my base when I am in Sydney on occasion. So for the most part, you'll have the place to yourself!

The neighbourhood:
Arlington lightrail is situated directly behind the complex and Dulwich Hill train station 10-15 min walk (just over a km down the road) and also accessible also via 2 min lightrail ride.

There are tonnes of cafes and shops just a 2 min walk up the road, including IGA, yoga, Pilates and Barre studio, restaurants, bars and many other amenities (including doctors, gyms, massage therapists, and other services) that see you never having to leave the suburb for the things you might need.

If you do want to venture out, Marrickville (and the Messina headquarters!) is a walk or 5 min drive down the road and the bustling Newtown a few minutes drive away. The beautiful Glebe foreshore is a 10min lightrail ride or 15 minutes in the car.
