This peaceful apartment is surrounded by trees on a quiet cul-de-sac and feels like a true home. It is very quiet and surrounded by parks, trees and gardens. Set in a leafy, well-maintained complex with secure access, beautifully kept gardens and a small swimming pool. The feeling here is very peaceful because of the greenery, birds, and setting away from busy roads.
The building is secure, and the apartment is located on the top floor of a small block which provides additional security, privacy and quiet. I love the views of the sky and sunsets, and the apartment is filled with natural light. The balcony has a comfortable lounge and provides extra living space to relax. The apartment features floorboards, generous living spaces, and a warm, homely feel.
The home is fully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all cooking utensils. You're welcome to use everything in the kitchen and prepare your own meals. I also enjoy the occasional shared meal over a good conversation and laugh.
There's an internal laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. I can provide towels, doona and sheets if needed.

I work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. I am busy during the work week and often go to the gym after work and either cook at home or eat out.
I socialise outside of the house and relax and recharge at home.
While I value my own space, I enjoy a good conversation and the occasional shared meal.
I keep a clean house - and its smoke-free. Definitely not a party house.
I hope to share with someone who will treat the house like a home, a good communicator, a quiet presence and a sense of humour. Someone who naturally helps keep the home clean without needing rules or reminders.
