Maddi and I are looking for a housemate to move into our house in Dulwich Hill! 😊
We have one room available for a 5 month rental, with the possibility of extending if everyone's keen. It is unfurnished with a massive built in wardrobe. The room is bright and looks out on trees and the street. (As you can see in the photo, it’s currently set up as on office, but it will be empty shortly).
Our house is on a fairly quiet street and has a cosy living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and balcony. The house is very accessible by bus, or a 10 min walk to the light rail. Its a 45min trip to the CBD door to door. Yeo Park and Outfield Cafe are just across from us.
We don’t have wifi (or a TV heads up!). We would require a bond worth two weeks of rent paid upfront.
