Description of the home

I live in a happy bright, spacious and naturally well-lit house with 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 1 study, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 bathtub, large kitchen, laundry, inground pool, large backyard facing a park. I’m 2 minutes walk to cafe and some shops plus I’m 15 minutes drive from Eastwood and Parramatta train station and 1 minute walk to city bus stop (545).

I have 1 female already sharing my house and I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects other people’s privacy, belongings and can socialise. I clean the house every 10 days and would expect you to clean your room at the same frequency or sooner.

I have parties and BBQ’s from time to time and you are welcome to join and I’m fine if you want to invite a few friends over to the house as long as they respect the property and my belongings.

Ideally I’m looking for a female housemate but will consider male if they fulfil the requirements and conditions of living in this house.

I’m asking for $200 per week rent which covers your accommodation, electricity, gas, internet, access to the house and all my kitchen equipment and general utensils.

I will need 2 weeks rent as bond money and rent is due every fortnight paid in advance always on a Monday.
