Hello!

Looking for a roomie to come rent either a medium sized bedroo with private large bathroom. Can come furnished with well maintained white double bed and desk, both with storage.

The room comes with a built in wardrobe and can fit a single, king single or double bed and desk. You will have your own private large bathroom (separate bath and shower etc). There is also a shared downstairs toliet in the laundry.

I'm afraid that there is no inbuilt air con but flooring for both rooms is tile, which is lovely come summer time - the house is relatively cool. There's also a great sized yard in the backyard for you to hang your laundry on the clothes line or relax. Please feel free to use the laundry and kitchen facilities! No dish washer though.

The outside environment is very safe, with an Adore Cafe just up the street and the train station and shops is less than 5 minutes away - very convenient to get to the city and other surbubs like Burwood, Marrickville, Mascot and Strathfield. Earlwood is a beautiful suburb with plenty of parks like Cooks river and hiking trails nearby. Also close to sydenham and dulwich hill train station (bankstown line)!

Accepting of well mannered, quiet (we're often in meetings/ working) and clean pets. FEEL FREE TO ALSO TEXT/MESSAGE ME FOR PHOTOS OR INSPECTION. I should mention that because we work long hours, we tend to keep to ourselves and would prefer a private, respectful household - we keep the partying outside thanks!
