Looking for a roommate to rent either the LARGE MASTER BEDROOM complete with large open air wardrobe, ensuite (shower, toliet, sink/mirror) and balcony or another MEDIUM SIZED BEDROOM with private large bathroom. Either room can come furnished with well maintained white double bed and desk, both with storage.

The LARGE MASTER BEDROOM has a balcony facing the main street, which you can use to even hang laundry, and allows for plenty of light to fill the room (north facing). The OTHER MEDIUM SIZED BEDROOM comes with a built in wardrobe and is the perfect size for a single, king single or double bed and desk. You will have your own private large bathroom (separate bath and shower etc). There is also a shared downstairs toliet in the laundry.

I'm afraid that there is no inbuilt air con but flooring for both rooms is tile, which is lovely come summer time. There's also a great sized yard in the backyard for you to hang your laundry on the clothes line or relax. Large shared dining and living room with kitchen. Please feel free to use the laundry and kitchen facilities.

The outside environment is very safe, with an Adore Cafe just up the street and the train station and shops is less than 5 minutes away - very convenient and quick to get to the city. Earlwood is a beautiful and safe suburb with plenty of parks like Cooks river and hiking trails nearby. Also close to sydenham and dulwich hill train station (bankstown line)!

Hello! We're a long term couple in our late 20's who are very friendly, work-orientated and clean people. We are more introverted and like to keep to ourselves after a busy day working long hours either from home or sometimes in the office and are often at volleyball on the weekends. We also tend to be in frequent meetings so would prefer a more considerate and quiet household overall - to be respectful, we like to keep the partying and most socialising outside.

Due to our working hours, we cook our own meals.
