Description of the home

The apartment is a corner unit - we have a big sunny balcony with a little beginner garden. There is a smart TV in the living room with Netflix, and we have a fully-stocked kitchen and pantry with a range of cooking equipment and appliances. The unit also has its own laundry room with a washing machine.

We have unlimited high speed WiFi, which is included in the weekly rent, as well as all bills and utilities (gas, water, electricity). So you don’t have to worry about paying anything on top of rent!

The apartment itself has pool, gym, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, as well as a courtyard and park with an outdoor barbecue area, a playground, ping pong tables, and a basketball court. There is a grocery store and some cafes/restaurants within the complex. We also have secure basement parking only accessible to residents.

There are several bus stops within 3-5 minute walking distance, and Westfield Eastgardens is right next to the apartment complex where you can find a range of shops and restaurants and even the cinema! :)
