My apartment is in a great little spot. You have Eastlakes shopping centre a short walk away which has numerous cafes and takeaway food whilst also having Woolworths and Aldi.

It is fully furnished with everything you need and would suit someone with minimal to no furniture.
There is room in the kitchen cupboards, bathroom cabinet and some space to store bits and pieces if needed.

It is only a 10-15 min drive to Coogee/Maroubra beach, easy to get onto any of the motorways and is also a short 5-10 min drive to either airport/Mascot train station.

Public transport is right out of the front door and has numerous buses which take you into the city, Mascot, Randwick and everywhere in between.
