Hi! I have a medium bedroom available in Eastlakes for 350/wk. The room has space for additional furniture and features a built-in wall cupboard with substantial room for clothes. The room is furnished, featuring a work desk, office chair, mattress and bed frame (with pillows and several sets of sheets and blankets).
The shared areas are modern and furnished, including:
- The Kitchen is spacious and features all typical amenities; a powerful induction stove with fume hood, oven, dishwasher, toaster, rice cooker, cupboard and a Medium fridge (with a second outdoor small fridge available if necessary).

- Access to backyard and outdoor patio, with some outdoor furniture and sheds.
- Living room with TV, aircon and very comfortable leather lounge.
