Located in quiet cul de sac backing onto a park, and off Gardeners road where the city bus runs and the 358 bus to UNSW (12 mins ride). 7 mins walk to The Grand shopping centre with woolies metro and Aldi. Filled with natural light and the bedroom is big enough to fit queen bed and desk/dresser. One bedroom currently has air con and the other has a built in, there are plans to install in both bedrooms.

Currently the photos show the apartment as unfinished as my move in date is 19 Dec. I put available date in Feb because the improvements such as new flooring are coming in Jan, but if you like the place and are okay with tolerating the inconvenience and want to move in earlier, discounted rent is available during that period.
