Hi everyone! 👋

My partner and I live in and manage a lovely, spacious house in Eastwood and are looking for someone to join our shared home. We are a friendly, multicultural household, and people from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.

The minimum stay is 3 months and tenants can stay up to 9 months - 1 year. We are open to potentially renewing tenancy agreements at the end of the term should the tenant wish to stay longer.

A bit about us:

We’re Francesca and Oleg — Francesca works as a lawyer in renewable energy, and Oleg is a chef and property manager. We’re easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a good balance of privacy and socialising. We’d love to create a relaxed, welcoming household where everyone feels comfortable and at home.

The place is super close to Macquarie University, making it ideal for students or professionals, especially with the upcoming semester.
