Beautiful area behind rushcutters park and walking distance to edgecliff train station and bus stop, super convenient to get to the city or east. Red leaf beach is only a 20 min walk away.

The apartment is on a main road which is why the rent is quite cheap. The room is the cheapest in the house as Chloe’s room is the largest and Jess’s has an ensuite.
Friendly house hold everyone is respectful of one another and easy to along with.

Unfurnished photos at the end show kitchen and lounge room. We currently have a couch + dining table in the lounge room!

The room currently has a single bed with an almost new Koala mattress, desk and ergonomic office chair, lamp etc. Happy to sell these as a package, or offer items individually if you would like to purchase any. Room can also come completely unfurnished if preferred. (Furnishings have changed a bit from pics FYI, but otherwise room still the same)

Ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term!
The bond is $856 and move in date can be flexible!

About the occupants
You will be living with Chloe and Jess- we are both in our mid 20’s (25) and are full time working in tech and finance. During the week we both work from home 2-3 days, other days in the city. On the weekends we are usually out socialising or relaxing.
