Couples welcome. No pets unfortunately - I'm allergic.

Quiet side street; 3-min stroll to Enmore Rd cafés, Enmore Theatre, buses.
8-min walk to Newtown Station; 15 to Sydney Uni.
7-min walk to the Marrickville Metro with everything you possibly require.
Late-night snacks on King St, sunrise laps in Sydney/Camperdown Park — all within stones throw.
Street-parking painless, all day parking, always. Permit available too. If you're two-wheeling, there's bike space inside.

Money & logistics
Pay upfront for your block + one-week bond (360 for single 400 for couple). This is returned the second you hand back keys & the place isn’t on fire.
References or at least a social-media footprint appreciated.
Check-in/out times negotiable; happy to stash luggage if your flight times are cursed.
Storage out the back if you're mid-move, no need to keep all your kit elsewhere, keep it here!

Why it is good:
Sydney short stays are daylight robbery right now: average 3-bed houses in Enmore are pushing $1.4–1.5 k per week on the rental market Realestate. For half that you you get the run of the place and a ready-made Inner West life.
