Home Description
Description of the home
Terrace house located in the heart of Enmore. Short walk to all the bars and restaurants of Enmore road. There is a bus stop right outside our house or the train is only a short 10min walk. Equally convenient is Marrickville Metro which is only a short 8min walk away. Large terrace house with a large living room and dining room. Large designer kitchen opens up to a sitting area and courtyard out the back with a BBQ. Seperate laundry on the main floor with an extra toilet. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bonus of a theatre room as a separate living area. So with two areas to chill out and watch tv you always have your own space if you want it. Finally the garage downstairs doesn’t have room for a car but does have a mini home gym you can use.
