One of our lovely housemates is (very sadly) moving on to bigger and better things, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home.

Beautiful backyard for relaxing
Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and plenty of appliances (including a Wii)

Only room downstairs, so it almost feels like having your own bathroom
Plenty of space for a queen bed, desk, and storage (no built ins)

Just off Enmore Road
Excellent public transport with buses nearby and a 10 minute walk to Newtown or Stanmore stations
1 minute to IGA, cafes, restaurants, and Enmore Theatre
Quiet street in a great neighbourhood

Lease details:
Short term lease until July/Aug with a flexible move in/out date that we’re happy to discuss

Bond is 2 weeks rent, and bills are always reasonable. We also have a great relationship with our landlords, who are very responsive.
