Description of the home
The house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and you've got Coles and shops nearby. Oh, and for the book enthusiasts, there's a library nearby!
The room comes with a cozy queen-sized bed. There’s enough space, even with the bed. It stays cool and dry, thanks to all the greenery around, especially in the summer.
If you like nature, there are many parks and a lovely bushwalk at Terrys Creek nearby. We have space in front and back of the house for gardening, and we’re happy to help if you’re into it 🙂
We have a washing machine, a dryer for laundry, and a dishwasher for washing kitchen utensils.
Oh, and if you have pets, that's cool too! We’re pet-friendly. Even though we don’t have any of our own, we adore pets 🙂

By the way, we have a nice backyard for a relaxed and enjoyable time.
We have a room available because one of our housemates decided to move to Wollongong for a new adventure! So, we’re on the lookout for someone awesome to take over his room and join our shared house!
• Regarding the rent and bills, the rent is $245 per week, excluding the bills. The expected bills are approximately $20 per week.

One of us is a working professional working in a tech company nearby. I like to cook, and if you pass by the kitchen, you'll love the smell of the cooking. I also do a bit of tending to the garden and contribute to keeping the house clean. I'll gladly spend dinner time while talking with fellow housemates.
The other is a young professional who also works part-time as a cook. He'll whip something out of the ingredients that he has from time to time, and share some cooking tips with you. You'll see him from time to time as he arrives late and leaves early. If he has nothing to do, he watches movies or series in the living room, so you can also watch alongside him.
