• We really value our own space and privacy, but we'd also be happy to hang out with someone who has similar interests!
• If you're not a big party animal, that's great, because we prefer a chill and balanced vibe at home.
• We don't cook very often ourselves, if you do cook in our main kitchen, we'd really appreciate it if you could clean up right away.
• Preferred to avoid cooking super fragrant dishes as the kitchen is combined with the living room space. (note there is also a common room kitchen in the building that can be used)
• One of us works from home, and the other is often overseas.
