Hello! I am currently looking for a new roommate to share my home with.
This apartment is in prime location for university students who attend Macquarie University and/ or work nearby and around the Epping area. Being in such a good location it is just a 10 minute walk to Epping station allowing for metro, train and bus transport.
The home itself is very homely and has ample room for your own furniture and desk/ study, I’m very open to how the house could be rearranged to accommodate yourself in it!
I work 4-5 days during the week, in my spare time you will most likely find me on the couch in the living room playing on the tv or having my partner/ friends over hanging out. I’m sociable but enjoy my alone time as well, boundaries are respected and you should feel comfortable being able to bring any problems about the house you have.
