I work in health & social care recruitment and typically work from home around 3 days per week. During the week, I’m quite routine-driven - I’m up early most mornings for the gym and usually winding down early in the evenings.
Weekends these days are pretty relaxed, either taking it easy at home or out catching up with friends.
