Hello! The home is a 2 bedroom apartment close to so many things and there is a gym, indoor lap pool and outdoor fun pool, tennis and basketball courts, internal laundry. Kinda like a holiday! Plus it has aircon for those horrendous summer days! 24-hour security and super sweet neighbours.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - The bedrooms are lovely and are cosy with built-ins and big windows! The home is completely furnished except for your room. It is central to public transport being 400 metres to St Peters train station and on direct bus routes to the CBD. If you need parking there are spaces that can be rented in the underground parking garage but others found street parking as well.

Bills and expenses

The internet is unlimited $55 per month each and electricity is about $70-100 a month each. It will be three weeks rent plus bond. And we do a petty cash for about 25 each a month
There is a $250 refundable fee for the fob pass for our block ( opens the elevator, security door, amenities, and mail room ) but this is paid to building management, not to me, it gives you access to all the amenities and booking system etc and they return it at the end of tenancy!
