A rare room has become available in a modern, north-facing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground-floor apartment in Erskineville. My long-term housemate is moving out to live with their partner, so I'm looking for someone new to share the apartment with.

Available to move in after 24 September 2026.

The apartment is within a premium, architecturally designed and award-winning residential development, with residents having direct access to the award-winning landscaped rooftop garden. The apartment itself has a relaxed, comfortable feel with plenty of greenery and natural light.

The bedroom is approximately 3.0m × 3.6m, including the built-in wardrobe and door swing. It will be completely empty and unfurnished when you move in, so you can make the space your own. It comfortably accommodates a queen bed, bedside table and study desk.

Everything outside the bedroom is fully furnished and ready to use, including the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. There's also a leafy private outdoor area surrounded by established greenery. Being a modern, high-quality development, the apartment is well insulated and energy costs are quite reasonable.

You'll be sharing with just one other person, so this is very much a comfortable home rather than a busy share house. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, clean and well-kept living environment — ideally a working professional or mature student who is independent, considerate and appreciates having a peaceful place to come home to.

My previous housemate stayed long-term, so I'd love to find someone who is similarly looking for a stable, easy-going place to call home, rather than somewhere temporary.
