Welcome to our home! It’s a light, bright modern three bedroom apartment on the top floor with neighbourhood and city views. We share a decent sized kitchen/ living/dining area with a balcony, and have laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Our home is a 5 minute walk to Erskineville station, 10 minutes to the nearest Woolworths, BWS, pharmacy etc, with Erskineville road bars, pubs, restaurants right on your doorstep and a 20 minute walk to Newtown. There’s also a lot of fitness options around - with Pilates, One Playground, Anytime fitness etc a stones throw away. We also have Sydney Park only a 7 minute walk away as well!
