*Updated! Hi everyone! My housemate is moving on so I’m looking for someone to take his room in our lovely Erskineville apartment (which I truly love) 😊 Ideal move-in date from Aug 18th but flexible can discuss.

Location: Sydney Park Village Apartments
* Right next to Sydney Park and Newtown.
* 8 mins walk to St. Peters station.
* 1-3 mins walk to Multiple bus stops
* 5 mins walk to Woolworth Metro.
* Beautiful neighborhood and lots of cafes nearby.

About the apartment:
• 2 bed/ 2 bath unit
• You will have the master bedroom( unfurnished) , an en-suite bathroom (your own bathroom!! ), and a huge closet space
• Shared kitchen (w dishwasher) and living areas, with a big balcony
• Laundry area with a dryer and washing machine.
• Located on the 5th floor with lift

Rent: $465/ per week (not including bills) + Bond ($2000)

household. I’m easy-going and considerate, clean and tidy. I respect and value people’s downtime and wish to build a friendly, relaxed and welcoming home.

You: A full-time working professional. Easy going and considerate, someone who is tidy and respectful, willing to treat the space with care.
