Hi, I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I'm away over the summer.
I'll be away for roughly 2 months from the 19th of December. My leaving and returning dates are flexible depending on when someone might like to move in and out, so let me know what suits you. :-)
It's a very sunny, cozy place with some retro decor. Walk down the hill to the end of the street and you'll find yourself at Fairlight beach, walk up the street and you're at Fairlight shops. Manly wharf is a 10 minute walk away.
You would be living with a very friendly, relaxed and all around lovely Argentinian girl called Celeste.
