Stunning sandstone cottage with architecturally designed renovation at the back. You literally walk over the Koi fish pond into a huge kitchen with quality appliances. The lounge room with comfy couch and big TV is a great space to relax in. These areas have under floor heating to keep it warm throughout winter. The huge glass doors all fold back onto the deck area which makes a huge open air home in summer.
We are an 8 minute walk down to Manly Beach or you can catch the free Hop, Skip and Jump bus right outside our door which can drop you to the ferry for an easy commute into the city. Street parking is free and easy outside our place too.

Hey, Sam and Tobi here. We are looking for someone to share our awesome home. We run our own business with a workshop in Brookvale where you’ll find us a lot of the time. We have a very active lifestyle mostly around the Northern Beaches but love hanging out at home - because it is seriously beautiful. We have one other housemate, Ash, who also has his own space. Ash runs his own business and is an absolute legend. We all love sharing a meal and chats after a long day but also understand boundaries. Everyone is super obversant and caring which makes our household work really well together.
