Hi there! My lovely housemate is moving out in early October, so looking for a replacement for moving in October 12th onwards.
The room is a lovely, spacious master bedroom available in a relaxed home with a large living and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, plus generous backyard space and undercover parking.
You'll be living with myself (David, he/him, 38yo - a friendly, clean and communicative housemate who enjoys cooking and the odd board game night) and Summer (they/them, a warm and easy going university academic who loves desserts). Queer friendly household 🏳️🌈
- Quick 12 minute walk to Coles/the main street/Anytime Fitness/Plus Fitness/local cafes and the waterside
- Only a 10 min drive to Burwood/Ashfield/Bay Run
- Only 20 mins drive to the city
- Short 2 minute walk to the bus stop, and a 10 minute trip to Burwood Train Station.
- Easy access to 438 Express Bus to Haymarket/Martin Place

Bills and expenses
Bills are inclusive in the price of the rooms. This includes all utilities (electricity, gas and water), as well as internet, a gardener every 3 months and a cleaner every fortnight for the bathrooms, kitchen and main living areas. Bills are divided evenly amongst 3 tenants.

David (he/him) - 38 year old man, who's been living in this accommodation for almost 8 years now.
Currently work full-time (typically 3-4 days in the office and 1 day at home) in marketing. In my spare time, you can catch me at the gym, watching tv, playing board games, playing tennis or netball, or just generally out and about until the night. I'm an extroverted introvert, so I'm good with having a chat, but also super comfortable with just laying low.

Summer (They/Them) - A warm, friendly and smart academic who has a sweet tooth. Typically at uni several days a week and in their spare time, you can find them chilling around the house or making a hearty meal in the kitchen.
