Hi there! Found one housemate (last updated 15 Feb), but one more room available in a spacious, relaxed home with large living and kitchen area, plus generous backyard and undercover parking. You'll be living with myself (David, he/him, 38yo - a friendly, clean and communicative housemate who enjoys cooking and the odd board game night) and Leighton (an IT professional who loves an active lifestyle and a relaxed coffee by the beach). Bills and expenses
Bills are inclusive in the price of the rooms. This includes all utilities (electricity, gas and water), as well as internet, a gardener every 3 months and a cleaner every fortnight for the bathrooms, kitchen and main living areas. Bills are divided evenly amongst 3 tenants.

Currently work full-time (typically 3-4 days in the office and 1 day at home) in marketing. In my spare time, you can catch me at the gym, watching tv, playing board games, playing tennis or netball, or just generally out and about until the night. I'm an extroverted introvert, so I'm good with having a chat, but also super comfortable with just laying low.
I volunteer to dog sit every couple of weekends for Assistance Dogs Australia, so you'll often see an adorable labrador around the house :)
