I have a sunny room with green outlook available in Five Dock. It gets lots of natural sunlight in the afternoon and has a privacy with greenery and views outlooking the neighborhood. The room has built in wardrobes which is outside the room
There is an oversized balcony attached to the living room with plenty of space to sit and soak in the sun in the mornings. Balcony view has a great green outlook (photos attached)
I have all the appliances. And plenty of pantry storage. Any additional kitchenware and cookware is always welcome. I have Netflix and Amazon prime for all those free deliveries.
Comes unfurnished but can fully furnish the room if required. Any furniture is welcome.
Lock up garage also available. If interested, can offer at additional cost.
