Plenty of unlimited street parking available. Right next to the new Five Dock Metro station although dont get your hopes up, that will be ready to open in 2029.

I have a sunny room with green outlook available in Five Dock. It is 3.1x3m. It gets lots of natural sunlight in the afternoon and has a privacy with greenery and views outlooking the neighborhood. The room has built in wardrobes which is outside the room

There is an oversized balcony attached to the living room with plenty of space to sit and soak in the sun in the mornings. Balcony view has a great green outlook (photos attached)

I have all the appliances. And plenty of pantry storage. Feel free to bring any pans and cookware. I have Netflix and Amazon prime for all those free deliveries.

Comes unfurnished but can provide bed and desk if required. Any additional furniture is welcome.
