Property is a double storey flat with separate entrance from other flats. Great location, located on the same street as Coles and just a short walk/drive from many restaurants. Washer and dryer on property. 5 minute drive to Westfields, 15-20 mins from CBD and bus to CBD is on street. I have everything with regards to furniture, but if you do have a couch/couches, please let me know.
House rules: this is definitely not a party house. New flatmate needs to be considerate, clean and friendly.
