Room available in 2 bedroom unit shared with only one other person “Amy” who is in bedroom 1 on the floorplan (I’m the owner “James” and live in Narrabeen).
2-bedroom unit on the second floor in the beautiful suburb of Freshwater.
One bright, private room available (bedroom 2 in floorplan) has a large built-in wardrobe, shelving unit and queen size bed (bed optional). Includes locked garage with plenty of storage space. Other flatmate uses the car space in the garage. Car parking available on the street.
The unit is furnished (optional) including an internal laundry with washer/dryer, living/kitchen with dishwashing machine, fridge, cutlery, etc. There is a balcony with a BBQ that catches the afternoon sun. The yard pictured is common and is at the rear of the block.
Close to public transport and only a short walk/ride to Manly, Queenscliff, Freshwater beach (1.5km) and Warringah Mall (2km). Express city bus across the street.
Looking for an individual who is quiet, tidy, and easy-going. To share apartment with other female flatmate who is a personal trainer/ health professional. Ideally someone who works outside of tge house weekdays.

Occupants Description
She works from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays conducting private Zoom consultations, and then study’s for her medical exam on other week days so someone who generally works outside the home week days would be the best fit. She’s also in her final 12 weeks of study before a medical exam in early December, so home is a bit of a quiet sanctuary at the moment.
Amy’s partner stays over 1-2 nights some (not all) weeks, whilst she also spends a few nights at his, and he may temporarily stay for a few weeks in mid–late October.
Amy loves a clean, quiet, private and calm household and wants someone who values the same. She prefers books over television, and meals out over having people over. Enjoys yoga, boxing, meditation, and weight training. 33 years old but typically has the sleep/wake cycle of a grandma 👵🏻.
