Details
In winter time this is the best room in the house as the sun streams in most of the day.
There is a very cool loft area big enough to fit a single mattress that can be utilised in a number of ways. It's an average size room but it does fit a queen size bed (that's the size in the photo) Large built in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space.

About occupants
We are an adult share house of five people 50+ looking for a female (sorry guys) to join us. Sadly, after 3.5 yrs our fifth flatmate is moving out :(
Yes, five sounds like a lot but surprisingly it works well as everyone has their own space to retreat to. We just share the kitchen/dining and laundry.

You would be sharing the whole top floor with me. I would describe myself as an easy going, quiet, considerate and generally relaxed flatmate who enjoys genuine conversation but also likes to retreat to my own room.

The owner of the house and her partner live downstairs in the front section of the house. They are a very active couple in their early 70's still working and loving life who are very easy going (I would not have been here for 12 years is they weren't)

In the back extension of the house is a meditation teacher/coach who keeps to himself a lot of the time. He is just a really nice guy.

All of us work from home most of the time.
Compatible people
Personal qualities that I value are being considerate of noise levels like I am. Being an early riser, I try to be quiet as possible.
I also value genuine flatmates who you can have a heart to heart with if needed but who also respect your space.
Description of pets
Technically we have no pets however Hendrix the ragdoll cat has decided that he wants to be master of two homes! So he gets fed by his official owners next door and sleeps somewhere in our house during the daytime. Just mentioning in case you are allergic or don't like cats as I don't think we can stop him hanging around.
