I’m looking for someone relaxed, easygoing, respectful and above all, reliable with the rent! I’m 51, working full time and like to feel that my home is a little sanctuary from the stress of everyday life. I walk dogs casually after work and am often away on housesits, so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

I’m not huge on cooking cos most of the time I can’t be arsed, and there are dozens of restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance. That said, the kitchen is pretty well equipped with an oven, microwave, air fryer and slow cooker, and all pots, pans etc you need if you like to cook. There are also a lot of beautiful green spaces and bushwalks nearby, a library across the road and a ferry station 1km away, which is a beautiful way to travel around Sydney.
