Me separated dad to 2 kids every second weekend (Girls 14 + 15 yrs) hence seeking female flatmates only.

Doing my best to "sell" living with a part time dad in an amazing house 🤣🙄.
Possibly not what you have outlined you're looking for, but it's a gorgeous spot and not your typical family household.
When I don't have the kids you'll often find me cooking listening to music and enjoying the gorgeous view (back yard or front balcony).
I have the kids every second weekend and it's much the same but with a couple of very cool teenagers with thier faces glued to thier phones🤣.
I'd love for them to meet some people who are studying / travelling and living independently.
I consider myself a gentleman, and like to think I offer a safe and respectful place for anyone under my roof.
