I’m renting out the main ensuite bedroom as well as the adjoining room together which can be turned into a study/office.

The ensuite has air-conditioner but the adjoining room doesn’t.

Both rooms have a built-in wardrobe separately. The Adjorning room could place a double bed.

The rent for single for both rooms is $575 per week and $675 for couple. If you are single but you don’t find the adjoining room helpful for you, please still DM me as I’m happy to negotiate.

I’m a very quiet person at home, either watching K-drama and cooking shows on Netflix (which I’m happy to share my account with you) or reading books in my bedroom.

While I do have gigs at an office, I also take freelancing jobs which I would work from home. I also travel regularly.

I’m the type of housemate who would be up for a small chat or watching a movie together, but would also prefer staying independent and give space to the other housemate(s). You may sometimes feel you rent the whole apartment by yourself.

I’m looking for housemates who are clean, okay with my lifestyle and can pay the rents on time.

I also hope the housemates would show respect and curtesy to common areas that we all use, such as cleaning up the kitchen after using it.
