I’m looking for a friendly flatmate (or two!) to share my spacious 2BHK apartment — one of the two big, fully furnished rooms is now available, as my brother recently moved out. 🏡

A little about me — I’m a Project Manager and Architect, easygoing and fun-loving. I enjoy cooking together, watching movies, car rides, and creating a warm, positive vibe at home. 🌸

The available room is large and cozy, perfect for a couple, two friends sharing, or a single person (rent will remain the same). It comes with wooden flooring, a mirrored wardrobe, study desk + chair, lamp, bedside table, and ceiling fan.

The apartment has a homely feel — wooden floors throughout, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big balcony that’s perfect for your morning coffee or evening chill time. ☕✨

You’ll also have access to everything — fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, 4K TV, Sony sound system, and all essential kitchen appliances. Plus, there’s plenty of parking in a large secure garage. 🚗

You’ll also be sharing the space with my adorable 1-year-old Siberian cat, Lily 🐱 — she’s super gentle, friendly, and doesn’t bother anyone. She’s fully trained and spends most of her time napping or looking out the window. You’ll definitely fall in love with her fluffy cuddles and sweet nature! 💛

The room is available now, and the apartment gets beautiful airflow and natural light — ideal for someone who wants a peaceful yet social home. 🌿
