The apartment:
The apartment will be shared with a female who owns a mature cat (13 yrs).
Intercom Secure building.
Shared living areas, including the use of washing machine, and kitchen appliances.
Shared bathroom.
Move-in Ready.
Cleaning duties to be shared.
A guest can visit but flatmate can’t have another person living together in the apartment.
Low noise level must be kept due to neighbours.
No smoking allowed in premises.

$300 per week.

4 weeks notice to move out.
