My role is to make sure the house is well maintained and, most importantly, to carefully select people who will contribute positively to the household. We take pride in creating homes that are clean, respectful, and enjoyable to live in, so we put a lot of care into choosing tenants who share those values.

The current household is made up of a friendly mix of working professionals and students, with both male and female housemates. Everyone is easygoing, respectful of each other's space, and does their part to keep the home tidy and welcoming.

To help maintain a high standard throughout the property, we also arrange weekly professional cleaning of the common areas, so the shared spaces are kept clean and organised. While the cleaners help maintain the house, we simply ask that everyone cleans up after themselves day-to-day.
