It’s a 3 bedroom house I basically use my bedroom as it is I have an ensuite and room is big so the rest of the house is almost never used I might cook every now and then but rarely use kitchen I have I small bbq I use mostly to cook have facilities to put another washer/dryer in seperate room if needed and in all honesty house exterior has been neglected but have organised a monthly garden maintinence bedrooms aren’t the biggest but both have in built wardrobe/mirrors im open for any budget open to discuss terms if u want to stay out each others way I can close off a section don’t mind I’m a sparky so can fix all electrical in house
