We have a massive four bedroom home, with a large open living room, huge kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry, and an outdoor area with a backyard. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Summer Hill Station, right next to an express bus to the city, and really close to the shops in Haberfield. The house is fully furnished with lounges, tv, sound system, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen has been fully re-done recently and is a ball to use. Also, our outdoor space and garden is amazing, and gives us a great space for eating, chilling and hosting our mates when the weather’s nice. Finally, the house has central aircon that extends to all the bedrooms which is great when we need it.
We also have a double garage and plenty of on-street parking.

About the occupants
You’ll be living with myself (25 he/him), Katie (28, she/her), Louis (26, he/him), and Sophie (27, she/her). We all work very different jobs with different hours. When we are all home together though we’re pretty tight knit, enjoy a chat, love watching a movie together and having a few bevs on occasion. The house is massive though, and when we all need our space it’s never crowded or claustrophobic.
Compatible people
Ideally we are looking for someone we can all be mates with, who will positively contribute to the vibe of the house, join us for a few house dinners, movie nights and the occasional boogie. Also our lease is up until March 2025 so someone who could be here for the full length would be great. Must be LGBTQI+ friendly.
