Good sized bright and airy room (my friends say it's the nicest room in the apartment) with newly installed large built in wardrobe, lovely leafy outlook from the window. Wooden floorboards. Unfurnished but can be provided with bed if needed. Also can provide heater and Dyson fan if needed. Gets a nice breeze in summer. Bills (electricity, internet, water) are shared equally and approx $20-30 per week.
If you're someone who's only staying for a few nights a week (e.g. Monday to Thursday), happy to discuss rent.
