Looking for a clean, respectful flatmate for a long-term stay.

The place is right in the middle of Haymarket — 5 min walk to UTS, 20 min to USYD, and close to Central, light rail and buses. Good spot if you’re a student or working professional who likes having everything nearby.

Darling Harbour is a short walk for weekends by the water, and Darling Square, World Square, Broadway and Town Hall all cover groceries and daily stuff.

Private bedroom with its own bathroom. You’d share the living area, kitchen and balcony with me — I own the place, work full-time, pretty easygoing.

Included: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, WiFi, and all bills.
