Description of the home
The living area and kitchen are furnished but your bedroom is not. I have multiple oil heaters so you can use them. We have a wall-mounted air conditioner/heater in the living room. If you have furniture there is space to store it or mine upstairs. This space can be turned into anything. I already have a few things up there but there is still a lot of room available.

Bills and expenses
Rent is $540 per week which we split evenly so you will be paying $270. We will share bills 50/50 except internet, which I don't use.
I have an electric lawn mower so we won't have to pay for lawn maintenance.
I have a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher so these will not be initial expenses for you.

I am a 29-year-old female looking for a flatmate as my current housemate has successfully bought his own home.
I work full-time as a teacher and sometimes sell some of my fish on the weekend as my hobby.
I have a beautiful cattle dog who only ever wants to play with people but she isn't great with other pets so we won't be able to have other animals in the house.
I rarely have people over but don't mind what you do on weekends as long as you are respectful with noise on work nights.
The rent does not include any bills. I use my phone for internet however the house can connect to internet via modem if you want to.
I'm not picky with housemates. I've lived out of home since I went to university so am very used to housesharing. I've learned as long as there is open communication and we can raise any issues that arise instead of building resentment you can pretty much get along with anyone in a living situation. If that's you let me know and you can come over for an inspection :)
